2. Wrap it snugly around the base of your ring finger — not too tight, not too loose
3. Mark where the paper or string overlaps
4. Measure the length in millimeters

Tips for accuracy:

• Measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger
• Avoid measuring when your hands are cold — fingers shrink in the cold
• If you’re between two sizes always go up, not down
• Wider bands fit more snugly than thin bands — if you’re choosing a wide setting consider going a half size up
